2007 Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon Monitor Ledge Vineyard

Bright red-ruby. Cassis, licorice, violet and mint on the nose. The sweetest and easiest of these 2007 cabernets on entry, then tightens up in the middle, but still offers good pliancy to the flavors of black cherry and mint. Finishes with firm, ripe tannins and good length.
