The 2008 Chardonnay Cote Sud Vineyard is medium gold in color with aromas of baked apple pie over layers of spice, clotted cream, white mushroom, hay and honey. Medium to full-bodied, it offers creamy, luscious fruits in the mouth, with notes of wet leaves, toast, honey and a lovely mineral line, with juicy acidity, finishing very long with lovely creamy and honeyed layers.
