This has an enticingly spicy and fragrant nose with savory, dried brown-spice notes, dusted over blueberry and sliced plum, as well as dark cherry. The palate has such a ripe, fluid dark-cherry and blueberry flavor. The tannins and juicy fruit drive an assertive finish. Drink or hold.

Deep, bright-rimmed ruby-red. A highly fragrant bouquet evokes ripe red berries, potpourri and mocha, and a smoky mineral nuance builds as the wine opens up. Sappy and broad on the palate, offering appealingly sweet, spice-laced black raspberry, boysenberry and floral pastille flavors accented by cola and licorice flourishes.
