Note di degustazione
Lurid ruby-red. Expansive red and dark berry, incense and cola aromas, along with smoky oak spice and vanilla notes on the perfumed nose. Palate-coating Chambord, cherry cola and spicecake flavors show excellent clarity and become sweeter as the wine opens up. Lingers with impressive persistence on the finish, which is supported by smooth tannins. (56% new French oak)

The second release of this cuvée, a blend of Mark Bradford, Côte Sud and Grace. This offers a deeply spicy nose with cinnamon-dusted plums and red and darker cherries. The palate has a riper feel with black cherries and some riper, darker plums. Chocolate also framing the finish, which is wrapped up by very suave, supple tannins. Drink or hold.
The 2015 Pinot Noir Aspect is pale to medium ruby-purple in color with a brown sugar and cinnamon-laced nose, opening to a core of black cherry and black berry jam with touches of crushed blueberries and toasted coconut. Medium to full-bodied, it's chock-full of warm black fruits wrapped in a layer of baking spice, with firm, grainy tannins and wonderful juicy acidity, finishing very long and very spicy.
