The 2021 Coeur Blanc was matured for 17 months in 36% new oak. It has fresh, expressive scents of red and yellow apples, cashews and marshmallow. The light-bodied palate balances creamy fruit and a rounded texture with tangy acidity, and it has a long, flavorful finish. Its freshness and texture will allow it to pair widely at the table.
