2019 Constant Cabernet Sauvignon Diamond Mountain Vineyard

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon features deep earth and tobacco notes, backed by black cherries and cassis. It gives a brooding initial impression, but it adds some brighter cherry notes on the full-bodied palate. Richly textured and velvety on the finish, this mountain Cab is a fine example of its AVA, with ample energy and verve giving it at least 15 years of aging potential.
