2004 Parador Reserva

(a blend of cabernet sauvignon and tempranillo): Dark ruby. A complex, perfumed bouquet evokes dried cherry, cassis, pipe tobacco and licorice, with subtle vanilla and cracked pepper nuances in the background. Juicy and precise, with very good mid-palate breadth and intense red and dark berry flavors. Shows a touch of bitter cherry on the long, penetrating finish.
