Cut from the same cloth, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Papa's Knoll is slightly more Bordeaux-like with its smoky, herbal style. Darker currants, smoky oak, graphite, sage, and earthy nuances are the name of the game, and it's medium to full-bodied, has a concentrated, focused mouthfeel, plenty of tannins, and outstanding length. Slightly foursquare and inward at the moment, give bottles 2-4 years and enjoy over the following decade.

Medium in body and supremely polished, the 2021 is an absolute delight. Time in the glass brings out the wine's compelling inner perfume and sensuality.
