The 2018 Zinfandel Rossi Ranch is a head-turner that does everything right. Blueberries, candied violets, wild strawberries, exotic spices, and orange blossom are just some of the notions here, and it's pure and medium to full-bodied, with a great mid-palate and sweet, polished tannins. This beauty is already impossible to resist yet has the purity to keep for a solid decade or more.

The 2018 Zinfandel Rossi Ranch has really come together beautifully since I tasted it last year. It offers a compelling interplay of fruit presence, blood orange, mint, pomegranate and spice, all in an effusive, showy style that makes it absolutely irresistible. Bright acids drive the finish. The Rossi Ranch has so much to offer. The 2018 is a great example of this site. Textbook.
