The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Commitment is a stunning wine. The riper, richer vintage seems especially well suited to extended time in barrel. Inky dark fruit, leather, cloves, menthol, espresso and licorice all build as this sumptuous, exotic Cabernet shows off its considerable allure. Vibrant red toned fruit and sweet floral top notes brighten up the finish. Soft, plush tannins round it out in style. Readers will have a very hard time keeping their hands off the 2019.
