Note di degustazione
Close to an even split of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, the 2017 Red Blend Right Bank has wonderfully complex notes of spiced red and black fruits, forest floor, chocolate, and dried incense. Silky, seamless, and beautifully textured, it's not a blockbuster, but it has terrific balance, loads of character, and will keep for over a decade.

The 2017 Right Bank is soft, succulent and racy. Sweet dark cherry, mocha, new leather, spice and chocolate meld together in a pretty, forward wine that will drink well with minimal cellaring. The 2017 is a bit smaller-scaled than normal (typical for the year), but that also means it will drink well upon release.
The 2017 Right Bank Red Blend is made up of 56% Cabernet Franc and 44% Merlot. Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it has redcurrant jelly, rose hip tea, earth, wild blueberries and black raspberries scents on the nose with a cinnamon stick hint. The palate is medium-bodied, soft, juicy and perfumed, with a refreshing finish.
