Note di degustazione
Another tiny production (51 cases), the 2012 Syrah Chico’s Hill, which displays fresh blueberry and black raspberry fruit, is the lightest of the four 2012s Syrahs, but still fairly substantial, with freshness, pepper, and plenty of meat, spice and earth. Drink it over the next decade.

Plums, blackberries, smoke, new leather and tobacco meld together in the 2012 Syrah Chico's Hill. Powerful, intense and voluptuous, the 2012 captures the exuberant style of the year in spades. Tiny berries that yield concentrated juice are one of the signature of this site rich in Franciscan shake and fractured rocks.
Informazioni sul produttore

Martinelli is a Sonoma benchmark for vineyard-designate bottlings—wines built to highlight how strongly a single site can shape Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Zinfandel. Across the range, the focus stays consistent: small-production bottlings that feel distinctly tied to where they’re grown.
