The magenta-colored 2021 Pinot Noir Freedom Hill Vineyard Coury Clone is highly expressive in its notes of wild herbs, menthol, cedar, crushed stones, and vibrant cherry fruit. It is energetic and more high-toned but still has very serious tannin structure, with a refreshing quality that makes the tannins feel more approachable. It’s going to hold up well over the next 10-12 years.
