Punteggio 90/100 · Da bere 2025-2032, Jeb Dunnuck, Mar 2025

Made in a richer, well-oaked style, the 2019 Chardonnay Spring Mountain District offers up loads of buttered stone fruits, brioche, and vanilla cream-like aromatics. These carry to a medium-bodied, concentrated Chardonnay with bright acidity, solid overall balance, and outstanding length. It's going to continue evolving gracefully on its bright acidity and good concentration and should drink nicely for 5-7 years.

Punteggio 90/100 · Da bere 2024-2030, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Jul 2024

Barrel-fermented and aged nine months in 55% new French oak, the 2019 Chardonnay features scents of toasted hazelnut, baking spices and lemon curd. Despite being medium to full-bodied, it comes across as rather tight and linear, with a crisp spine of bright, citrusy acids that run from front to back of the palate, lingering refreshingly on the finish.

Punteggio 94/100 · Da bere 2025-2029, Antonio Galloni, Vinous

The 2019 Chardonnay is a wild, exotic wine. Apricot, truffle, white flowers, tangerine peel, hazelnut, acacia and lightly honeyed notes lend notable complexity. What a treat it is to taste a fine, aged Chardonnay with this much complexity. Readers should expect a savory, phenolic Chardonnay that is more about structure rather than forward fruit.
