2018 Sparkman Syrah The Darkness

The 2018 Syrah Darkness comes from a mix of the Boushey and Olsen Vineyards and was brought up in 32% new French oak. It has a pure, clean, medium to full-bodied style as well as bright red and blue fruits, notes of ground pepper, iron, and violets, background oak, ripe yet building tannins, and a great finish. It will evolve gracefully for upwards of a decade.
