Note di degustazione
While mostly known for his Washington state wines, Scott makes a fine Cabernet from Napa Valley fruit. the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon sports a deep purple color to go ripe black currants, plums, toasty oak, spice-box, and chocolate aromas and flavors. Rich, full-bodied, chewy and a touch chunky, it has good mid-palate depth, plenty of rustic tannin and a good finish. Drink it over the coming decade.

The estate's entry-level Cabernet, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon gives up lots of graphite, road tar, currants and licorice characteristics to go with an elegant, yet structured feel on the palate. Medium to full-bodied, with good concentration, this is more structured and firm than the Mystique release and will have a decade of longevity. It's a rock-solid bottle of wine, as well as a terrific value.
