Note di degustazione
The base 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley sports a deep purple hue to go with a big, ripe nose of black fruits, scorched earth, crushed violets, and spring flowers. It has a core of firm tannins, the straight, focused style of the vintage, and a great finish. Cabernet at this price point can be dicey in 2017, but this is solid and well worth the money.

The 2017 Cabernet Franc is a rich, hedonistic wine. Soaring aromatics and plush, dense fruit give the 2017 tons of pure, explosive richness. Succulent dark cherry, plum, leather, cedar, smoke and espresso are some of the many notes that soar out of the glass. Warm, rich and enveloping, the 2017 is going to be very easy to drink with minimal cellaring. This is a decidedly forward, ripe style, but it works beautifully.
A lovely red for the vintage with pure, currant and berry character, medium body, round and creamy tannins and a flavorful finish. Drink or hold.
Deep purple-black colored, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon gives up notes of baked plums, black currant pastilles and dried blueberries with hints of fried herbs, cigar box and fruitcake. Full-bodied, the palate is just slightly hollow with chewy tannins and oodles of freshness pleasantly lifting the berry preserves flavors on the finish.
