The 2021 Pinot Noir Red Hills Vineyard Estate has a similar deep ruby hue and unfolds in the glass to a woodsy profile, with the cologne of cigar box, vanilla bean spice, and black cherry liqueur. Full-bodied, with a weightless and more structured feel, it has ripe tannins, mouthwatering acidity, and a long, focused finish. It demands another few years in the bottle to integrate, though I think it will improve if given the time. Drink 2025-2035.
