2021 Archery Summit Pinot Noir Renegade Ridge Estate

A saturated ruby, the 2021 Pinot Noir Renegade Ridge Vineyard benefits from some air on opening and would do well to have a decant at this youthful stage. Revealing notes of black raspberry, pressed purple flowers, and pine needles, it’s ripe, rounded, and generous on the palate, with mouth-filling fruit, sweet tannins, and a slightly sappy though weightless feel. It’s very much in a primary stage at this point and could use another year or so in bottle before drinking 2025-2030.
