Note di degustazione
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is tightly knit, but rich, impressive and well-endowed with plenty of black fruits, cedar wood, and hints of barrique and earth. It is full-bodied and will probably benefit from several years of bottle age, and can be consumed over the following 15-20 years.

The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is powerful, wild and savory, with super-expressive aromatics, beams of tannin and superb balance. The 2013 is finely cut and light on its feet, with lovely nuance. Sweet red cherry, rose petal and wild flowers grace the exquisite finish.
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate Vineyard is shaping up to be a jewel of a wine. One of the most backward and tannic of Fisher's 2013s, the Mountain is incredibly dense, primary and powerful. It will be interesting to see how the 2013 develops. There is a lot to look forward to here. This base blend is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Whitney Fisher told me she may add a dollop of Cabernet Franc.
The 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Mountain Estate is fully mature, as evidenced by its brown spice, herb, chocolate and intense dark fruit notes. Its firm mountain tannins never softened.
