2022 Archery Summit Chardonnay

The 2022 Chardonnay Summit Vineyard was fermented in 60% new, 500-liter oak puncheons and matured for 11 months before being finished in stainless steel. It opens with toast and flint aromas over a core of yellow apples and beeswax. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated and texturally weighty with juicy acidity and a satisfying, savory finish. Around 200 cases were made.
