The 2020 Chardonnay is another fabulous wine in this range from El Molino. It's a fine choice for readers who are looking for a Chardonnay with some aromatic and flavor development. Apricot, ripe peach and tropical overtones are nicely amplified, giving the 2020 lovely textural richness and a palpable sense of oiliness that is so attractive. I might cellar the 2020 for a year or two, as it is still pretty tightly wound.
