2016 Dehlinger Syrah Altamont

The 2016 Syrah Altamont is captivating. Powerful and virile in the glass, the Altamont conveys tremendous intensity. Lavender, rose petal, mint, leather, spice and floral notes all take shape in the glass. Interestingly, the 2016 Goldridge and Altamont Syrahs are more similar than the two Pinots from the same sites. Here, it is the wine's resonance and textural resonance that make the strongest impression. This is a flat-out gorgeous wine. Don't miss it.
