The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is rock solid and offers plenty of cassis, Asia spices, incense and forest floor. Ripe, sexy, forward and sexy, with beautiful tannin quality, it shines for its elegance and freshness, and should age gracefully. Blended of 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, 3% Malbec and 1% Merlot, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and spicy nose of cloves, cardamom and Sichuan pepper over a core of cassis and menthol. Medium to full-bodied with a great core of expressive black fruit and spicy undertones, it delivers a velvety texture and good length. 6,825 cases were made.
