Spiced red and black fruits, dried flowers, loamy soil, and spicy oak all emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon St. Helena Home Vineyard, a medium to full-bodied, round, supple 2019 that already has plenty of up-front appeal. It picks up some additional tannins with time in the glass, but you can safely drink this rock-solid St. Helena Cabernet over the coming 15+ years.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon St Helena Home Vineyard is characterized by plenty of red berries and cedar on the nose. Full-bodied, with gentle masses of soft, enveloping tannins, it's a plush, generous Cabernet Sauvignon but not that rich or concentrated.
Attractive aromas of blackberries and black cherries with some bark and black truffle. Full-bodied and layered with round and rich tannins, yet there’s a firmness and energy at the end. Solid and toned. Serious St. Helena character. Try after 2026.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Home Vineyard is soft, silky and nuanced. Bright red fleshed fruit, flowers and mint are all wrapped together by silky tannins that work so well with the wine's mid-weight structure. The Home is one of the most approachable of these single-vineyard Cabernets. It will drink well with minimal cellaring.
