(60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay): Light orange. High-pitched red berry and blood orange aromas are complemented by floral and ginger nuances. Sappy, penetrating redcurrant and strawberry flavors show a suave blend of depth and vivacity, with slow-building toast and spice qualities. Packs a serious punch but carries no excess fat, finishing juicy and very long.

A sensational effort, the 2007 Brut Rose (60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay) offers a beautiful light salmon/pink color as well as a terrific nose of framboise/kirsch and strawberries.
