The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a smaller selection based on 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Petite Sirah, and the rest Malbec. Blue fruits, violets, leather, and toasty oak give way to a medium to full-bodied, ripe, seamless, wonderfully balanced profile that will benefit from 2-4 years of bottle age.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a blend of 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Petite Sirah and 1% Malbec. Deep garnet-purple in color, it leaps out of the glass with energetic notes of black cherry compote, plum pudding and warm cassis with hints of licorice and tar. The medium to full-bodied palate shimmies with energy, delivering lovely freshness and a frame of grainy tannins to the intense flavors, finishing earthy. 200 cases were made.
