A quirky white with a touch of cloves, white pepper and nutmeg, as well as aromas of citrus and yuzu. Very vertical and edgy with a heap of minerality and flavor. Delicious. Drink now.

Crushed citrus, Meyer lemons, lime, and quince notes all emerge from the 2018 Blanco, which comes from a tiny appellation just to the west of San Sebastian. Medium-bodied, juicy, with sweet fruit and beautiful acidity, it's going to be incredibly versatile on the dinner table. The blend is 90% Hondarrabi Zuri and 10% Hondarrabi Beltza.
