Dark red berries, flowers, mint and savory herbs all flesh out in the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate. The 2011 is beautifully fleshy for the year, although the savory and floral qualities of the vintage of course remain. Firm yet beautifully integrated tannins support the finish. This is a gorgeous wine from Boswell. (AG)

The beautiful 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from three vineyards, the Beckstoffer George III in Rutherford, the Kenefick Ranch and Hossfeld. With a deep opaque purple color, full body and abundant amounts of rich blackberry and black currant fruit intermixed with graphite, licorice and spring flowers, this full-bodied, concentrated blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot can be enjoyed over the next 12-15 years.
