2016 Brunello di Montalcino

'Mozart Wine. Cresciuto con le armonie di Mozart' – grown with the harmonies of Mozart. From a vineyard where Mozart compositions are played to stimulate the vines. Just mid ruby. Quite tight and closed on the nose with scents of sour cherry, a suggestion of passion fruit (whole bunch?) and oak. Juicy, transparent cherry fruit with grainy tannins. Just medium-bodied with sappy cherry and clayey tannins on the finish. Not hugely concentrated, more on the elegant side and already approachable. (WS)
