2021 Tenuta di Castellaro Pomice Bianco

The 2021 Bianco Pomice is coy in the glass, hinting at young kiwi and minty herbs. It's soft and enveloping with a pretty inner sweetness and white pit fruit complemented by a flourish of exotic spice. This finishes dry and with medium length leaving a subtle citrus tinge. The Bianco Pomice is a blend of 60% Malvasia delle Lipari and 40% Carricante.
