It's medium-bodied, ripe, and round on the palate, with plenty of accessibility and charm. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon (Alexander Valley) is heady and boisterous right out of the gate. Succulent red cherry, cedar, spice and tobacco are amplified in the glass. Expressive earthy undertones lend character. New leather, spice and dried herbs add nuance to the exuberant finish. Best of all, this is a stellar value.
