2020 Hill Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Hill Family's 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon gives the overall impression of cassis-filled Pop Tarts toasted over an open campfire. It's medium to full-bodied, with a coarse, open-knit texture and loads of flavor, but the shape of the tannins combined with the smoky note (it could come from the oak treatment) give a slight cause for concern.
