The 2011 Auxey-Duresses Moulin aux Moines has a light, woodland-scented bouquet with touches of cedar coming through. I would have liked more fruit coming through. The palate is clean and fresh with firm tannins, well judged acidity but a very tight and rather unresponsive finish that needs to “flow” more freely.
