The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs opens with warm, toasty notes of brioche that lead to a focused, wonderfully articulated core of Chardonnay fruit. The oak gives the wine nice shape and depth, while the finish remains beautifully perfumed. This is a focused, chiseled Champagne of gorgeous proportion and overall balance.
