2018 Rutherford Hill Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford sports a dense purple color as well as classy notes of crème de cassis, graphite, and hints of tobacco leaf. It's nicely balanced and medium to full-bodied, with ripe tannins and outstanding length. It's not the most complex wine out there, but it's beautifully balanced and textured. It has enough tannins to warrant 2-3 years of bottle age and should drink nicely over the following decade.
