Note di degustazione
Coming from the Coombsville region, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Coombsville reveals darker cassis fruit, violets, and well-integrated oak notes on the nose. Medium to full-bodied, structured, and inward, it delivers sensational purity, fine-grained tannins, and impeccable balance. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 19 months in new French oak, this beauty will benefit from 4-5 years of bottle age and drink beautifully over the following 15+ years.

Full bottle 1,548 g. Aged for 19 months in 100% new French oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. 150 cases produced. Inky purple. Sweet vanilla and coffee on the nose and palate. High acid and sandy tannin. (SCJ)
The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (Coombsville) offers up an exotic mélange of dark-fleshed fruit with the cooling savory notes that are so typical of the appellation. Sage, lavender, mint, spice and leather open with some coaxing. The Coombsville Cabernet is the most refined offering in this range, although it has plenty of textural intensity.
