2011 Fattoria I Veroni Chianti Rufina

The 2011 Chianti Rufina I Veroni is quite broad and dark, but much of that is the year speaking. Black cherries, plums, spices and menthol flesh out in a rich, textured wine for the Rufina appellation. There is a lot to like in the 2011, but I imagine it is best enjoyed sooner rather than later.
