Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Crossfire Beckstoffer Georges III is profoundly scented of baked plums, crème de cassis, blackberry pie and mulberries with touches of garrigue, pencil shavings, camphor and charcoal. The palate is full, rich and seductive with lovely minted chocolate nuances among the black fruit preserves in the mouth, with a firm, ripe, grainy frame, finishing with great length and depth.
