2013 Uva Mira Chardonnay

The 2013 Chardonnay has upfront passion fruit and lime scents on the simple but pleasant nose. The palate is quite respectable with passion fruit once more, allied with lime and fresh pear. The acidity is well judged and there is appreciable tension on the finish. This is an attractive, well crafted Chardonnay from winemaker Christiaan Coetzee.
