Playing in the medium to full-bodied end of the spectrum, it has a solid spine of acidity, bright, polished tannins, terrific overall balance, and a great finish. This classic 2018 Cabernet from Napa Valley can be drunk today or cellared for 15-20 years.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve is wonderfully delicious and inviting. Succulent dark cherry and plum fruit give the 2018 so much immediacy. Spice, mocha and new leather add layers of nuance, but more than anything, the 2018 is a wine to enjoy for its immediacy. Silky tannins add to its immeasurable appeal.
The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve sports a deep garnet-purple color, sailing out of the glass with notes of warm black and red currants, stewed plums, Morello cherries and fragrant earth plus hints of pencil shavings, bay leaves and cardamom. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is jam-packed with muscular black and red fruits, supported by grainy tannins and well-balanced freshness, finishing on a lingering spicy note.
