2007 B Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard

The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard offers beautiful plum, black cherry, wet stone, bay leaf, and spicy oak characteristics. Elegant, fresh, medium to full-bodied, and very Graves-like with moderate tannins as well as lush fruit, the 2007 is superior and better-balanced than the 2006. Drink it over the next 12-15 years. (Not yet released) This large negociant firm is making some high quality wines, most of which are priced realistically. All the Syrahs and the Petite Sirah are well-worth pursuing. Tel.
