2013 Lancaster Estate Proprietary Blend Nicole's

Three barrel samples not yet in bottle include the 2013 Proprietary Red Nicole’s. This shows a good bit of graphite and toasty new oak, blackcurrants and blackberries, although not the supple, fleshy mid-palate of the Sophia’s. However there is a lot of extract and richness in this full-bodied, powerful wine. Give it several more years of cellaring and drink it over the following 15+ years.
