Popcorn, pineapple, butter, thick and creamy and confected. While this style of Chardonnay is long out of fashion, it's great to know that it still exists! Unashamedly California, but it's a bit too oaky (even for an oakaholic like me). (RH)

The 2020 Chardonnay is ripe and classic with its sunny style and notes of toasty oak spice, lemon custard, and vanilla. The palate is soft and rounded, with buttered citrus and ripe pear. Drink this now or over the next few years.
