Note di degustazione
Glossy. Limpid. Nice graphite notes, a hint of walnut and walnut oil. Fresh. The acidity is a little elevated. But there’s a pleasing harmony to this and the tannins are well-managed and very fine grained. A touch of liquorice at the end (a grating perhaps, not a whole stick!).

The 2024 Château Le Thil offers ripe aromatics of Bing cherries and mulberries with Pomerol-like notes of damp earth, chocolate, and graphite. Based on 94% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc, it's medium-bodied, has solid concentration, and ripe tannins.
A blend of 94% Merlot and 6% Cabernet Franc, the 2024 Le Thil reveals a gourmand, elegant bouquet of dark berries and flowers, followed by a moderately weighted, juicy, round palate, finishing short and fruity.
Soft ruby red colour, crushed raspberry fruits, a little subdued compared to recent vintages, expect crunchy and pared back fruit character, but the acidity is well balanced, 21hl/h yield, 3.6ph, Fabien Teitgen technical director.
