Soft raspberry and redcurrant fruits, softened with high levels of grilled oak and liqourice, easy going, easy drinkability. No chaptilisation, other than on three small plots down and very late harvest from September 25 to October 9, 3.68ph, 20% malo in new French oak.

The 2024 Teyssier was picked from September 25 to October 9 at 38 hl/ha and was aged for 12 months in 20% new oak (Demptos). Mulberry and a touch of sloes on the nose. This feels quite open and nicely detailed. The palate is medium-bodied with light tannins, well balanced with a lightweight, easygoing finish. A hint of spice emerges on the aftertaste.
Licorice, black cherries, and herbs fill the core of the wine in the nose, and on the medium-bodied palate. Round, and glossy, the finish is all about its cherry-filled center. Forward, and easy to drink, you can enjoy this on release. The wine blends 80% Merlot with 20% Cabernet Franc.
Herbal red cherries, spiced berries and tea leaves. Fluid in the middle with some chewy tannins on the palate. Medium-bodied and fragrant in the finish.
