Note di degustazione
Impressive notes of darker cherries, tobacco, and gravelly earth emerge from the 2024 Château Pin Beausoleil. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced on the palate, it shows tons of minerality, fine tannins, and a great finish.

A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 Le Pin Beausoleil reveals aromas of dark berries, cassis and mulberries, followed by a round and supple palate with a juicy core of fruit and elegant tannins that lead to a long, chalky finish. In the context of the vintage, this is a real effort. Situated on a magnificent limestone plateau in Saint-Vincent de Pertignas, the estate began a stylistic shift last year, aiming to give greater prominence to the expression of its terroir, and this vintage clearly reflects that evolving vision. This is the sleeper of the vintage.
The 2024 Le Pin Beausoleil is delicate, silky, aromatic and refined. As always, Le Pin Beausoleil is an understated wine. The 2024 is a bit strict in feel. This is the first vintage aged with some larger-format oak as part of a plan to also extend élevage. In this version, Le Pin Beausoleil has taken a small step backwards that will hopefully pay off in the future.
The 2024 Le Pin Beausoleil has an appealing bouquet of brambly red fruit laced with light floral scents. The oak is nicely integrated. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins. Nothing complex here, but it skips along nicely on the strawberry-infused finish.
