Note di degustazione
Based on 80% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2024 Clos Des Jacobins has a charming, pleasure-bent style in its darker berries, leafy tobacco, and chocolatey, spicy wood-like nuances. It brings the rounder, forward, supple style on the palate, and it's going to drink nicely right out of the gate. It's impressive, and I love its level of ripeness and texture.

Medium intensity plum colour, a kick of sweetened black cherry and cassis on the opening, high acidities but well balanced with appeal, a little austere on the finish.
The 2024 Clos des Jacobins has a light bouquet with blackberry, redcurrant fruit and nicely integrated oak. The palate is well balanced with a keen bead of acidity. Whilst not a complex Saint-Émilion, there is a sense of poise and a bit more substance on the finish compared to its peers.
Medium-bodied, forward, fruity, and already fun, as well as easy to taste, you can open and enjoy this on the young side for all of its fruit, and minty-freshness.
