The 2024 Clauzet offers simple raspberry and strawberry scents on the nose, with hints of mint and dark chocolate, but this is just missing a little cohesion and delineation. The palate is medium-bodied and slightly bitter, with rigid tannins and a truncated finish that lacks a bit of "flow". It's so-so.

Medium intensity plum colour, soft smoky cedar aromatics, but on the palate we are back to acidity that cuts out the fruit, and put the focus on tight tannins. Cardon family owners.
