2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Star Vineyard

From another famous vineyard, the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon Star Vineyard (125 cases) is a rich wine (14.9% alcohol) with a dense purple color, deep floral, blackberry and blueberry fruit, fine-grained, sweet tannin, a touch of subtle, loamy soil and forest notes, but the majestic fruit, stunning richness and greatness of this vintage are all present in this impressively built and potentially long-lived wine. It can be approached now, but would probably would be better 5-7 years and keep 25 or more.
